• Essence Of Life Aroma is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect billing/shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our products (essential oils), returns or refunds are not accepted once the product is opened or used.

• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery, by sharing proof (images/videos) at essenceoflifearoma2025@gmail.com.

• Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been shipped.
