Shipping Policy

At Essence Of Life Aroma, we are committed to delivering your favorite pure, hand-blended diffuser oils and aromatherapy products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our process.

1. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

• Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time or may not be possible. In such cases, we will inform you via email/phone.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
  Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or natural circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹49 on all orders below ₹999.

• Free Shipping: For all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• COD Orders: Additional ₹59 convenience fee (must be paid online at checkout to confirm COD order).

5. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

• You can track your package through the courier partner’s website or the link provided.

6. Undelivered / Returned Orders

• If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

• Re-shipping can be arranged with additional shipping charges.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
