4. Orders & Payments

Essence Of Life Aroma is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect billing/shipping details provided by the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier services, and unforeseen delays.
6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products (essential oils), returns or refunds are not accepted once the product is opened or used.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery, by sharing proof (images/videos) at essenceoflifearoma2025@gmail.com.
Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been shipped.
