At Essence Of Life Aroma, we take pride in offering 100% pure, hand-blended diffuser oils and aromatherapy solutions. Each product is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.

Since our products are aromatherapy blends (essential oils), we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds on Opened/Used Products

• Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds once the product is opened, used, or tampered with.

• Please make sure to read the product descriptions carefully before purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We will replace your order at no extra cost if:

• The product is physically damaged during shipping.

• You received a defective product (e.g., leaking, broken bottle).

• You received the wrong product compared to your order.

📩 To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at essenceoflifearoma2025@gmail.com.

• Share your Order ID, clear images/videos of the product, and unboxing proof (if available).

• Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement within 5–7 business days.

3. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch.

• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

• Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The ordered item is out of stock.

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
